Travel Haridwar

Haridwar is an antiquated city in Uttarakhand , India. The River Ganga, in the wake of streaming for 253 kilometres (157 mi) from its source at Gaumukh at the edge of the Gangotri Glacier, enters the Indo-Gangetic Plains of North India interestingly at Haridwar, which gave the city its old name, Gangadwara. The city is close to Dehradun in the north, Pauri Garhwal in the east and the Uttar Pradesh areas of Muzaffarnagar and Bijnor in the south and Saharanpur in the west.  Haridwar Junction Haridwar is known as one of the seven holiest spots of Hindus. Kumbha Mela, arranged every year  in Haridwar. Amid the Haridwar Kumbh Mela, a huge number of pioneers, fans, and voyagers gather in Haridwar to perform formal bathing on the banks of the waterway of Ganges to wash away their transgressions to accomplish Moksha.
