Kanak Bhawan

This is the most beautiful temple in the city. Beautiful carvings have been done on the main entrance of the temple which fascinates everyone. You enter the temple looking at the carved walls and windows around the central courtyard. Some of the most beautiful statues of Lord Rama and Mother Sita are installed in Kanak Bhawan.

The ghats of Ayodhya including three main ghats namely Naya Ghat, Ram Ki Paidi and Guptar Ghat have been renovated to welcome pilgrims and tourists.

Ayodhya now has a new international airport awaiting flight operations and the existing railway station has been upgraded to provide seamless connectivity to all corners of India and the rest of the world.

Ayodhya is well connected by road to many major cities such as Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Prayagraj, Varanasi and Delhi. 

A direct bus service has been started between Ayodhya and Janakpur in Nepal as a part of the Ramayana Circuit. Ayodhya Junction is well connected to major cities of the country by rail network.
