Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission has announced an employment notification for 668 posts of Assistant Accountant under the control of Directorate of Internal Accounts and Audit, Uttar Pradesh under Advertisement No. 03-Exam/2024, Assistant Accountant and Auditor Main Examination (P.A.P.-2023)/03 of Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission, Lucknow. (General Selection), 950 posts of Assistant Accountant (Special Selection) and 209 posts of Auditor (General Selection) and 01 post of Assistant Accountant under the control of Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, online applications from citizens of India for selection on a total 1828 posts.
Assistant Accountant and Auditor Main Examination (Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on their Preliminary Eligibility Test-PET-2023 score, hence only those candidates can apply online for participation in this examination who have cleared the Preliminary Eligibility Test-2023) Have appeared in Preliminary Eligibility Test- PET-2023 and have been issued a score card (with valid numerical score) by the Commission. Candidates scoring zero or less/negative marks will not be shortlisted for the Main Examination.
Application process-
Candidates can download/view the said advertisement by clicking on the relevant advertisement under Live Advertisement Segment on the homepage of the Commission's website upsssc.gov.in. The candidate can complete all the procedures for filling the application form in one go. Before applying, candidates should read the application process carefully and understand it thoroughly. Candidates should start the process of filling the application form only if they possess the prescribed qualifications and educational qualifications mentioned in the advertisement. Only one application is required for the advertised post.
Instructions regarding application process
Authentication/Login of the Candidate with the Registration Number of the Preliminary Eligibility Test (Applicant Authentication/Login Through PET Registration Number) – The candidate will be required to appear for the Preliminary Eligibility Test-2023 Two options have been provided for authentication of registration number-
You can login for the application by filling the details like registration number, date of birth, gender, domicile of Uttar Pradesh and category details. Through O.T.P. - Candidates registered mobile number against the registration number of Preliminary Qualifying Examination-2023 was sent on email. You can login through.
Application
After logging in, in this section, the candidate has to enter his/her personal information recorded in the Preliminary Ardar Examination-2023 like name, father/husband's name, mother's name, details related to being a resident of Uttar Pradesh, category, EWS, horizontal Details related to reservation, date of birth, gender, marital status, contact mobile number, email etc. will be automatically displayed.
After filling the above information, the candidate will have to enter the verification code shown in “Enter Verification Code” at the bottom of the registration page and click on the “Submit” button. As soon as the form is submitted, “Candidate’s Application Form” will be displayed, containing 11 digit registration number and other details. Candidates should print a copy of it and keep it safe with them.
Fee Payment and Reconciliation & Application Form Submission
Candidates can pay the prescribed fee immediately through Credit card/Debit card, Internet Banking, UPI or SBI e-challan by following the instructions on the website. The prescribed fee cannot be paid through any other means. Payment as soon as the fee is successfully paid
Acknowledgment Receipt will be generated in which payment details will be mentioned. By clicking on the print button on the bottom left side, the candidate can print the Payment Acknowledgment Receipt (PAR). Click on the Proceed, For Final Submission button on the right side of the get page.
While submitting the final form, the candidate can also take a printout of it. Candidates are expected to adjust their fees and take a printout of their application form in every case by the last date of advertisement or within a week from that. After the prescribed period has passed, the candidate will not be able to take the printout of his application. The application can be finally submitted only after successful payment and adjustment of fees by the candidate.
Compulsory (Educational)- for direct recruitment to the post of Assistant Accountant and Auditor, it is necessary for the candidate to have the following qualifications:
(ii) “O” Label Diploma in Computer Operation from an Institute recognized by the Government.
Basis of Selection – According to the UPSSSC basis of selection is a written examination.
