Palwal
Palwal is the 21st district of the state of Haryana in northern India. It was created on 13 August 2008 by separating it from Faridabad and Noah districts. The district headquarters is situated in Palwal city. Palwal is a very ancient place. The importance of the district is historical as well as being the center of the cotton trade. The district is also known for a Hindu temple called "Panchvati" which is a great symbol of the region. Palwal city is also called as the city of hospitals because there are many hospitals in Palwal city. Dauji Mandir Historically, the region is named after the ruler Palvasura. who was the king of the Pandavas. He was murdered by Balarama who was the elder brother of Lord Krishna.
