Saryu reached 1.30 meters beyond the danger point in Mau, all-round destruction, migration started

Saryu passing through Dohrighat has increased by 20 cm in the last 24 hours. Due to this it has reached 1.30 meters from the danger point. Water has entered the homes of people in low-lying areas. A crisis has arisen before them. Water has entered many localities of Dohrighat town . Goods are getting wasted.   The water level of Saryu is rising towards the catastrophic horror of the year 1998. During that time the water level of the river had reached a record 71.27 meters. The devastation that happened after this, even today, that scene revolve in front of the people. That is, now the record will be broken after just seven cm of water level. The water level of the river has reached 71:20 on Thursday. By 8 am, the danger point has risen to 1.30 meters. The impact of the storm Yaas from the Bay of Bengal was seen in Mau District also. There was heavy rain throughout the day on Thursday and Friday i.e. 27 and 28 May 2021. Mau Collectorate Blockade Against Power Cutting

13 Apr 2015 Mau : Residence of Kansi Ram Colony with the supervision of ward councilor Kharwar protest against the without notice power cutting problem on Monday. Along with electric problem they also heavily protested against water management, Samajwadi Pension and health care issues. With the assurance of deputy magistrate Jagdamba Singh resident of Kansiram housing colony end their protest. On Thursday power supply of Kandheri , Sultanpur , Rhaznia and Kansiram housing colony  has cut without any notice, resulting thousands have been forced to live in the dark. Pointed out the achievements of the government by rally

With the help of cycle rally thousands of Samaj wadi party workers in the rural area described the achievement of Government and also  for appeal to strengthen the hands for the coming Legislative Assembly in 2017. The rally was organized by Shiv Srivastava. The collector Munna Yadav, Ashok Yadav, Vrijesh opinion, Afzal Ansari, Rajesh Yadav, Vishal Rai, Ramashay Yadav, Virendra etc. has participated. The rally was for about 20 km which covered the villages like Kusmha, Shahpur, Bihta, Muhammdpur, Rudrapur, Usri Rampur, Bhatmeela, Amila, Thanidas etc. They also distributed development and progress books of the Samaj wadi party Government in dozens of villages of Mau .
